The multi-column automatic filling counting machine DAC-9000 is a counting feeder that counts the set quantity in each column.
As user demand for individual packaging and small bag packaging increases, there is a growing number of users who prefer counting-based filling in addition to the traditional weighing-based filling machines. There is also an increasing desire to mix products that are weighed with those that are counted for filling. Until now, counting filling machines were limited to having several large ball feeders (parts feeders) lined up above the packaging machine. Customers have expressed dissatisfaction with these systems, citing difficulties in cleaning, space consumption, and slow operation.
